Next, we will take a leisurely walk through the charming streets of the Latin Quarter, where you will visit local food shops and sample some of the city’s specialities. After lunch, embark on a journey through the fascinating world of cheese and chocolate in Paris. First, we will visit the famous “Fromagerie Laurent Dubois,” where you will learn about the different types of cheese and have the opportunity to sample some of the finest varieties. Start your day by exploring the vineyards of the Champagne region.
You’ll have the opportunity to see the beautiful rolling hills and vineyards that produce the world-renowned Champagne. You’ll learn about the different terroirs, or soil types, that contribute to the unique character of each Champagne. The region is known for its chalk soils, which provide excellent drainage and allow the roots of the vines to reach deep into the earth for nutrients. The different terroirs, along with varying weather conditions, contribute to the wide range of flavours and styles of Champagne.
Champagne House
After visiting the vineyards, you’ll head to a small, family-run Champagne house. Here, you’ll learn about the traditional methods used to produce artisanal Champagnes.
These Champagnes are made in small quantities and are known for their exceptional quality and unique flavour profiles. You’ll have the opportunity to sample some of the finest artisanal Champagnes, each with its own unique character.
You’ll learn about the production process, from vineyard to bottle, and how each step contributes to the final product. You’ll also have the opportunity to chat with the winemakers and hear about their experiences and passion for making Champagne.

Day 4: Return To Paris - Famous Patisseries Market & Cooking Class
Make the 2-hour return journey to Paris and take the opportunity to visit some of the city’s most renowned patisseries, such as Ladurée and Pierre Hermé. These patisseries are known for their exceptional pastries and desserts, and you will get the chance to taste some of their finest offerings.
Not only will you get to indulge in delicious pastries, but you will also get to learn about the art of French pastry-making. You will discover the history and traditions behind French patisseries, as well as the techniques used to create their delicate and delectable treats. You will learn about the ingredients and methods that go into making classic French pastries, such as macarons, éclairs, and tarts, and gain a deeper appreciation for the skill and craftsmanship that goes into each and every one of these sweet creations.

Day 5 & 6: Bordeaux
Your chauffeur will load your baggage onto the high-speed train as you make the 2-hour high-speed train journey in first class to Bordeaux. You will be greeted upon arrival by a private driver to deliver you and your belongings to your hotel in the city.
Bordeaux is one of the world’s most famous wine regions, known for producing some of the finest red wines in the world, as well as its stunning architecture, delectable seafood, and dynamic atmosphere with a historic heart.
